By accessing or using Context Capsule ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Context Capsule. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Description of Service

Context Capsule is a privacy-first knowledge vault application that allows users to capture, organize, and recall notes and files. The Service offers multiple subscription tiers with varying features and storage limits.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial months. Subscription features and pricing are subject to change with 30 days notice.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Context Capsule. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not access, read, or analyze your content except as required to provide technical support at your request.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Store or transmit malicious code
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Data Export

Plus tier subscribers and above may export their data at any time. We recommend regular exports for your own records.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
